The Helmet was one made by badges2nz and I cleaned it up a bit and primed it ready for panting. quite a bit of filler was used, but in the end it looked great. I ground away quite a bit of resin from inside the lower face plate as well and reworked the ears with mdf and some filler to make them a bit more vertical.

After sanding the ear I glued on some sheet styrene and marked out the placement of the aluminium pieces and then glued them in place. After Ie
finished the painting, I then put on the logos and other stickers.

Yes Joberg, I am. I am going to use a flexible wire hose as in the picture. It's about 12mm or 1/2 inch in diameter.
