Mini Sandtrooper help and advice

Ive just got my little 9 yr old boy a set of Stormtrooper Armour, its made from ABS and has to be built just like regular armour, i really can not wait to see him in it.

any way

My Boy has always liked the Sandtroopers so if possible id like to make a mini replica back pack for him has anyone here ever built a back pack for their Kids and if so is it possible you could show it here

That's awesome, I wish my parents had gotten me anything that cool as a kid! Unfortunatly I don't have any experience with this but I saw a kid walking around comic con Atlanta last weekend With one I think so they have been done. I'd probably find out if there's a thread here where someone was building a normal sized one and just follow those instructions but make it smaller, you could also fo the pepakura rout and just scale it down to the right size

Looks to me like some pvc pipe for the frame, a couple of plastic seed trays for the main boxes, some plastic boxes like tuppaware for the radio box and a couple of plastic bottles along with what looks like a toilet cistern syphon and a larger diameter pvc pipe with some endcaps down the side.
