I couldn't build this if I wanted to, just way to big but you're speed and quality are amazing! However if you ever decide to do a TIE, I'd be all over that.
Having modeled every kit part on the Narcissus replica that I'm building, I can really appreciate the work you are putting into this - beautiful job.
I thought the Narcissus was a task and a half, but the 5 foot Falcon is just a daunting prospect. All credit to you - you're making it look easy!

How did you determine the hull plating size, shape, etc.?

Thanks...all by hand. I have done a lot of tiling and paving so maybe that helps with the required skillset. I tried a guillotine but really the best way for me is a metal ruler and an exacto, and of course my trusty nibblerAre you cutting the panels by hand or some other means? This is fantastic!
