I have 1/32 scale Millennium Falcon that built a long time ago. Recently I have started to fix a few things on it ,especially the landing gear. What I am having construction issues is the baffles .I have tried found parts and cutting the openings with exacto Knife, hot knife ,no luck. What I am asking is there a different approach to this issue that I am no thinking of.

Possible ,but I do not have a 3-D printer at this time.

You might try photo etch?

There are home kits. At that scale I am not sure how thick the parts need to be though, but if too thin, you could "stack" a couple together

Okay so five rings at 38.25mm in diameter, sprued together, would be in the $30USD/£GBP range printed commercially. They'd also be fairly delicate.

I would contact Tony... He 3D modeled a set of these for his Harbro hero Falcon upgrade set... it should be pretty simple to rescale them and print you a set.

He goes by the RPF name FZ6 and is a great guy.
