MGC Sterling

Fellas,

I found an MGC sterling which I believe is the base gun used for the E-11 in ROTJ. The price is $279. Is it worth the $$$?

Does anyone convert these things still? I believe CE used to? Someone please chime in that can offer up some info on it.

I don't think there's anyone doing conversions. Like most props you'll have to collect the pieces yourself.

$279.00 is an excellent price for an MGC Sterling! I would jump on that one. The Sterling is one of the rarest MGC guns and it's very popular w/ model gun collectors. The reason for that being that [while practically all the MGC Sterlings that were sold in the US had the bolt cut/firing pin removed] the Sterling can very easily be converted into a blank firing gun... which is probably totally illegal in some states... legal in the UK though...
