Metallic Powder in Urethane Rubber

Hi RPF!

Has anyone had any experience adding metallic cold-casting powders to urethane rubber? Smooth-On claims it can be done in conjunction with so-strong tints in their UreCoat product, but I'd like to know if anyone's actually tried and had success with that or any other brand. Thanks!

Yep, here's an example of a webshooter I did in vytaflex 40 rubber, back filled with foam

That’s crazy.. TJack did you coat the surface of the mold with the metallic powder first like you would do when cold casting resin, or did you just mix the powder into the rubber?
