Metal MIB J2

I remember seeing a thread in the junkyard a while ago about someone looking to do a run of resin and a possible metal kits of the J2, what happened with that? I never did see the out come of that run, were the metal kits ever produced?

I don't know about metal but I thought I saw something recently about another J2 run... am I crazy?

Rick, the original maker of the screen-used pistol, did a limited run of resin versions (kits and buildups). A metal run was discussed but never happened, as was a second run of resin guns. (Rick probably has his hands full with "real" prop work.)
