Announcement Merger of Predatorium / The Hunter's Lair

In 2007 The Hunter's Lair was purchased by Movie Prop Sites. This community focused on the Predator franchise. It was eventually rebranded as Predatorium. In an effort to bring more eyes to Predator costuming, we are merging the content of Predaotrium into the RPF, a process we have wanted to do for a number of years, but only recently have had the technical ability to achieve.

There are sure to be a number of issues in this transition. If you note any, please let us know.

We currently have over 450 accounts that will need to be hand-merged with their RPF counterpart. Please be patient as we work through this backlog. To give you an idea of what the RPF has gained from this merger, see the stats below:

In addition, we have brought over the Predatorium Gallery:

In addition to that, we have implemented a new piece of software, we are very excited to have here at the RPF; a resource archive. We will be working with this over the next few months, allowing members to upload their digital files for others to use and benefit from.

Great. Shouldn't the Ressource Discussions in the *Costumes and Props - General* be moved down into the Predator section too? It seems Predator related. If you were already planning on doing it and just not having gotten to it, then please disregard this post. Just thought I'd mention it in case it had been overlooked.

The resource discussion section will cover everything, we just had not implemented it here yet so it only has Predator content at the moment.
