Melted Vader Sculpt (Rise of Skywalker Version)

Better screencaps since the movie released on digital early, little bit more detail now
No longer have to rely on peoples theater snaps, much better for paint reference
(color corrected to remove the intense blue filters from the scenes)

Here are some molding pics... it’s not as complicated of a mold as you would think. The Dome, the face mask, and a parts mold. Just 3 molds total. But now my friend who is making the mold is just waiting for delivery of more rubber to finish... I’m thinking by this weekend it will be ready to go! I’ll just isolate myself in my studio and produce. And now with some nice references for paint, I’m hoping I can produce some nice helms for everyone in the run...

2 parts mold for the dome I guess. The mask can be done with a 2 parts I think, but in both cases the holes make it a little hard to pull of the original.
I'd have mede one half at a time instead of make the first coats as a whole

... you mold makers know better than I do. It’s a cool process, but I’ll leave it for you all (mold makers) to figure out the intricacies... as long as it pulls clean, I’ll be happy!
...Rubber came in! Here’s more progress pics
