Melted Lightsaber - Halloween Prop

Just finished a new prop effect for our Halloween event - "The Dark Side of the Force". We're building an Endor Base walk through and the front of the base will have two embedded lightsabers embedded as if the Jedi are trying to break in. Used some stills from Episode I and continued from there!

The key to the prop is the Great Stuff Spray Foam and various LED lights. It's easy to overdue the effect, but just enough and it comes out looking about right.

After some paint and some lightsabers jabbed in, it's taking shape.
