So... I am trying to make this happen, I modeled in 3D in pepakura but now I have a new problem... how do I make this from an 3D image into an actual cosplay? I mean I got the inner part (morph suit) but I got no idea how to do the helmet and arm/leg parts... can someone please help me?

Isn't the whole point of pepakura to print it out and build it? If you've modeled it in pepakura I guess I'm confused why you're having trouble proceeding.

You're supposed to print it on card stock; there are tutorials for measuring and scaling on this forum and on google.
