Mauser replica - who makes the best one for conversion?

In Australia the price to buy a denix mauser broomhandle replica is close to $300 which is an absolute joke. I priced the same ones in the USA and they are between $70 and $90 on average, so even with postage they will come out a lot less than half the cost.

Apart from the obvious (MGC ones which are hard to find) which company makes the most accurate one for conversion? Is it Denix or are there better ones? Bearing in mind that it has to be a metal non firing replica (airsoft is illegal in Australia - you can legally own a pre 1900 cap and ball pistol in working order without a permit but not an airsoft).

And I want something that is easilly available too, ie something that can be ordered online, not a hard to find model that may or may not be available, unless someone wants to sell their MGC? Any suggestions on who has the best ones and the better prices? I'd prefer wooden grips and accurate size/weight.
