Material to slush-cast batfleck cowl

So my cosplay to this point has been from EVA foam and 3D printing. Now I’d like to take a 3d-printed PLA cowl and create a mold to cast it in something flexible. From my first reviews of what others have done, I’m thinking of creating the mold with Rebound 25/freeform air. As I mentioned, I want it to be the right flexibility for a cowl, so I was planning to slush-cast it with something like vytaflex 60. Just wondering if this is the right approach and if it will work. Will the vytaflex release from the rebound 25? thanks in advance.
