Material pattern of One-Eyes Willy's Bandana ?

Hi all -

I searched and couldnt find the thread - although I know it has been discussed before -

I have a GREAT (medical grade) plastic skull I want to convert to a Willy - I am good with everything but the bandana.... I cant tell what - if any - the pattern on it is!
