I really disagree. I think that picture is misleading. I saw the ship recently here in LA and it's not that much larger than the MR Falcon. I was shocked at how small it was and how huge it appears on the big screen.
 
Think what you will...I spent an hour with the model in Chicago myself. I KNOW the dimensions of the model along with 98% of the parts having been identified.

If the model were 36" long it would be only 8" longer than a y-wing. It's over 53" long.

yea - I think 50" or so is about right. I guess I just don't think that is much larger than the Falcon.

If the ship was round, then I would agree - way bigger than the Falcon, but it's wedge shaped.
