Were there any of the boxes made and internal packaging?
if so, Who would know where the are physically located?
I am interested in obtaing one if at all possible.

No a final proto was never finished as Disney sidetracked the project. You can learn more direct info from the creator over at Muppet Central in the forums.

2 protos where made, I stood next to one of them.

Didn't know they went missing.

On those protos, changes were still due to be made, at least one stayed on tour with MR, and the other went to the China factory for reference. No word what happened to them after that.

Never got as far as making a box, concept only... 2 prototypes were made, 1 of which was disassembled by a potential vendor (insert hideous mental image of your own here).

Fear not, the other one is in "safe hands." :angel
