Hello! My name is Adam and this is how I did my ME3 armor. Hope you like it.
When I started the whole thing, I needed templates. I used this one:

I believe it's linked to Narayas, here on TheRPF, but I'm not sure, because I found it on google search.
So I got my templates, but there was a problem, these are ME2 templates. Unfortunately I couldn't find ME3 templates in good quality, so I modified some parts on this one. At the end, it worked out fine.
My main material was the good old EVA foam. (of course, duh) But, I didn't want to use the pattern on the inside to make it look like carbon fiber, cuz' I don't really like that.

I used up, like 10 sheets of EVA foam (60x60cm) for the armor. (helmet not included)
From now on, I followed the lines on the template, cut and glued. Here are some progress pictures. As I said I had to modify some parts like the abs, the little panel in front of the neck, the shouldpards and some little details.

For the lights I used some LED strips and a 9V battery. Simpley stuff.
After the build, I sealed all the foams with my heatgun and 3-4 layers of wood glue. The wood glue gave it a nice sheen. After that I painted it with a metallic gray spraypaint (acrylic) and then for the weathering I used black and silver acrilyc paint applied with a small flat brush.
Aaaand, done. It survived a convention too (MondoCon Summer 2017, Hungary). Here are some pictures from the con.

If you have any question about this build, just ask me. I'm happy to answer.
I really loved this build, I hope you like it too.
