Mass Effect 2/Family Guy - anyone know this voice?

If anyone is playing Mass Effect 2 and has watched Family Guy a lot, go to the planet called Illium where you recruit the Assassin. Go the the Transportation area and in the middle there is an Asari by a big schedule sign. Unless I'm nuts the girl doing that voice has done the voice for the blonde cheerleader on Family Guy. I can't find any connection with the any of the female voice actors listed and Family Guy. Am I nuts?

She isn't listed as a voice actress in the game though.

In seasons 1 and 2, Connie was voiced by Fairuza Balk. After that it was Lisa Wilhoit.

I think so. I can't find any match between the game and the show, but if this isn't the same person then they have a twin. It sounds exactly like the voice. The same person also does the voice of the Asari in the Citadel in one of those business where Shepard can get a discount by saying it's his favorite store. I'm not sure of the name of the place though.
