Masks/undermask issues

Ive recently made a mask but have a slight problem...

The biomask i have is too small for the mask (face) ive recently made when you put the bio on it dosent quite reach the back of the crest (looks weird) and also the mandibles sorta get in the way as the biomask pushes them up in the way of the visor. Im considering turnin it into a "half-mask/undermask" which wouls be a shame coz it does look good but im not sure if there is either another method to combat this issue or if not how much do i remove and leave for an undermask. Sorry if my explinations a bit naff. Will try and get some photos up as a refrence but got laptop probs so doin thos on iphone atm.

Yea thats no fun, i would try cutting off the mandables and making it a half mask and see what you can do. You could also try building up your bio mask with epoxy sculpt or bondo? Take some pics so we can see.
