Mask help

I'm looking for a little help on a mask. Im trying to cover this plastic mask in faux leather but I'd like it to cover it with out any creases. I plan to adhere the faux leather with spray glue but just need help covering it evenly. Any thoughts?

Would you recommend spray adhesive as I apply the faux leather? This material has a bit of stretch to it, not much but it does a bit
