Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

"I'M BULLETPROOF!"

Yeah, not the best exclamation to make, especially when you're a recurring guest star on the show.

You might as well be Russian, skinny, wear a Hawaiian shirt, and shout "I AM INVINCIBLE!!!"

CBR Article

According to CBR, EW.com has a description of the midseason premier, which says there are new Inhumans with powers we have "never seen before":
Bouncing Back - In the aftermath of his trip to Maveth, Coulson is more determined than ever to get to Gideon Malick and put an end to Hydra once and for all. Daisy and the team encounter more Inhumans who have powers like they’ve never seen before, but will they be friends or enemies of S.H.I.E.L.D.?

I'm tired of them bending over backwards to keep Ward in the show. Let him die, he's not that interesting.

Yeah that isnt Ward at all, obviously. I think the actor is doing a decent job of coming across as something entirely different. And I'm fairly certain Hive is gonna be a hell of a big bad towards the seasons end. Powers don't seem to affect him.

No I didnt see it as a rip off of the Terminator shot - do you say that for any show where an actor has to kneel in that position? If anything, it's a nice little homage. This show has plenty of smart little nods to various shows and movies.

Enjoyed it.

I didn't even make the Terminator connection. I just thought he consumed those people to heal.

I loved the line when Hunter shows the weapons he hid and he asked May if she likes him now and she says she just dislikes him a little less (or something like that). :lol

It's definitely no longer Ward, it's his body but that's it. What made Ward Ward is dead and gone and something completely different is now in the driver's seat.

The way it was going through Grants memories I wonder if they might have some part of him come back.

You may be on to something there but I think that Grant is truly dead, but since his brain was intact I'm guessing IT can still access his memories.

If they do the same thing, then yes. It's like Super Hero landing. :)

I half expected Fury to show up outside the bar to offer them some work.

The addition of Hunter and Bobbi was a huge shot in the arm that helped make the show bearable. I get wanting to spin them off onto their own show, but they just made the parent show a lot less watchable by writing them out.

My guess is that means they greenlighted the other show. I'd also imagine if it flounders they'll find a way to bring them back into the fold. The spinoff may have them in the fold as well, just doing their own thing. Hell, for all we know it could have been planned all along so he could have a couple people 'on the outside' of things as well.
