Marvel Names Prop Collectibles Licensee

great news! I love reading things like...
"The company will develop a range of prop collectibles and specialty products including full-scale helmets, weapons, and other props all inspired by the characters, creatures and themes from the Marvel Universe"

Although sometimes licensed stuff is a little too pricey for me, still I love to see good stuff on the market. There has always been way less comic related props then I want in the world.:love

Here's hoping they actually make some good spider-man props and stay in business, unlike unobtainium. MR really screwed up by not making a full scale Spider-man movie mask. Really bad move.

now its interesting that they have listed BLADE.....

i guess they are takin over the license since UC is gone?

Thank GOD! Now MR won't get a chance to screw up Marvel! I wonder what else MR will lose?

Hopefully, they won't be made out of cheap cast metal like the DC Batarang, or permanently mounted to displays (like the Batman Begins stuff).

Museum Replicas had a tendency to make FUNCTIONAL replicas...... look at their Kingdom of heaven line..... i mean quality-wise, it blows away the UC LOTR swords.... too bad MRL didnt have the LOTR license.....
again its interesting that MRL is stating that they have the BLADE license...... does this mean that they might be making a FUNCTIONAL daywalkers sword?

FYI, I just confirmed with Amy from Master Replicas that they have not lost their Marvel license.

So, all I can imagine is that this is a competing license or for products not expressly covered by MR's license.

I know this is basically a dead thread.....but for those late to the party like myself...people are confusing two different companies. Master Replicas is not related to Museum Replicas and the Metal 1to1 Mark III helmet,Thor helmet and hammer as well as the heritage Cap shield, were all by Museum Replicas. Unfortunately similar when only MR is abbreviated, thus leading to confusion.
