I placed my order on September 13 or 14, but still heard nothing! Is there anyone who hasn’t gotten a board ordered in mid September?
I ordered 1st September

Retro - your board was pretty far from the top of Madrid's shipping list, but I had them bump you up closer to the top, so you should get tracking information any day now.
Much appreciated... although there's really no reason to bump me at others' expense. It will literally sit in my friend's wardrobe until I pick it up... which is likely to be Summer. As long as I can get updates from time-to-time, I'm happy (and I e-mailed Ken last Monday and got no response). Make that - sort out the communication issue for all and I'm happy to be the last to receive mine, not a problem

Well, I already bumped it up.
I ordered 1st September
I upgraded one of my replica boards with a vintage splatter sticker that I purchased earlier this year for an aborted replica build. There's quite a bit of difference between the vintage sticker and the one used for the 2015 replicas. The vintage sticker is on the right in this photo. Was it not feasible to do a day-glow sticker for these?

So knightlife I just mailed my board back to Ken at his NY location. Will madrid be sending me the new board?
Sending emails to ken with no response also.
All of the trucks have 6 hole base plates. These are not the same type of trucks that were on the screen used boards. According to knightlife the trucks on those boards were Trackers. I researched it a bit and I am of the opinion they are Tracker Extrack trucks; however they could also be the Sixtrac model. The only difference between the Sixtrac and the Extrack is the hangar length the Sixtrac has an overall length of 9" and the Extrack 8". Tracker produced a reissue of both, but they are unfinished and would have to be painted black. Once I get some time after the holidays I may order a set of each or try to find a vintage set of each and see which works out better. So far as the copers are concerned the ones on my boards look nothing like those. It appears this week s mor of an issue of Madrid dropping the ball as opposed to WGB. I have several of the 30th anniversary boards, one of which I skate daily. The board itself is pretty flawless. It looks screen accurate and is a quality deck. The only real problem with the wheels is the screened letters as opposed to the recessed ones, but this version of the wheels are my much better than the 2010 reissue Fly wheels. These wheels appear to be closer to the correct hardness of the original wheels, which I believe were probably 95a. The 2010 version were closer to 90a. Though the hardness is not listed you can tell by skating them. The only real problem I had with the skateability of the board was the bushings, they were entirely too soft. I swapped them out for another set of similar color from some old independent trucks and I was good to go.Just received my board today. After months of waiting I was excited to say the least. Then I opened it... While the deck looks great, the trucks, bushings, and coppers completely suck! I was expecting the rounded coppers, but they put a completely different style on than what should be there. It also came with black bushings and 6-hole truck plates. @knightlife, any possibility of exchanging the board for one with correct parts? I do not want to remove the coppers and install new ones or change out the bushings as performing both will certainly scratch up the trucks. Also, did everyone else's come with the 6-hole truck plates??View attachment 571798View attachment 571799
