hi I like these marking but not sure how to do them can anyone offer advice

I assume you are talking about the blue markings?  I would trace them out on card stock first, then cut them out so you have a template.  It looks like the colors go from black in the middle to a light blue to a dark blue on the outside.  Spray the light blue through the template first, then add the dark blue on the outside and then add the black.  
 
Personally I like to do an all over base coat of the lighter color. Then I would use an airbrush to create the darker blue areas/patches, first a light coat then adding more pressure towards the center. It gives a nice transition.

You can always mark out the patches of blue with a sharpie as you'll be spraying over it.

Another effect I like is spotting around the darker areas. You can buy a stencil or make your own. I draw different shaped dots/triangles on a foamie sheet and carefully cut them out with an xacto blade.
