Hey everyone,

I just wanted to show off my progress on the Mark V armor from Iron Man 2 using fetts build as a base.

What I have right now is mostly temporary. I am going to add another shoulder piece to connect the breast armor to. The back of the shoulders will be held up by the wing part of the back. I also plan on articulating the ab plates and possibly redoing the thighs and attaching them to the cod piece. Also on the list is redoing the silver parts of the arms. I am very dissatisfied with the forearms, but I think im going to keep the back as a base.

I am still working on a design to connect the lower legs to the feet and a seal for my neck

for the hands, i used foamies and created a pattern similar to the 3d printed pieces used in the film. I can upload a template for the fingers if anyone is interested. The lower legs were a tight fit, but they were made by using the shoulder/arc piece of fetts templates, doubled, and filled with the bicep templates and freehanded templates. The shoulders are padded with old foam kneepads.

For Black Widow, my girlfriend and I used this ( http://www.buy.com/prod/sexy-womens...q/listingid/77938204/loc/64935/211549264.html ) as a base and patched over the screened print, made SHIELD patches from canvas, and dowels spraypainted with auto paint for the wrists. the shoes are temporary, but look decent. they are surplus prison shoes we purchased for 2.99! THe belts were a scratch build as were the pouches.
