Unfortunately, there's not much MK38 reference out there. Same reason why my Mark 39 struggled to get modelled.

Thanks man... Your work is great as well. I am very happy to see everyone come together and help make good files for others... IMIM2 has pointed out some areas I need to work on.. I dont want to move on to the armor till I get the helmet as good as I can get it.. I want everyone to pitch in and give me their ideas and to point out flaws in my work if they see it. Thank you all for watching my work.. Means alot to me.

Thanks jackie.. I am sry I have nothing new as of now.. I was in Chicago at the Star Trek Convention this weekend and got my pics with the whole TNG bridge crew... It was awesome. Soon I will have more work done and posted.. THank you all for your comments

Here is my helmet file so far.. I am not happy with the eyes so I will be working more on it. But here is what I have so far.

any ideas on how to make it better feel free to comment. I will not take offense.

the middle of the eys looks a lil bit flat buddy doesnt seem to round of like most iron man helmets if you get me but other then that its looking awsome

Ya I agree.. I will try and get that fixed tonight.. I have been in Chicago kicking it with the Start Trek TNG bridge crew so I havent done much modeling.. I will mess with it tonight and post new pics tomorrow.. Thanks for the words of advice!

Amazing work!!!! I'm not sure how detailed your going with this model but it looks like there is a small ridge on the top of the helmet (the blue part that is In between the two silver face plate extensions) not sure I'm explaining my self well but if you don't see what I'm talking about I can try to edit the ref pic and TRY to post it ( haven't had much luck embedding images)

BSD Brilliat work mate, I have a couple of things ive noticed.

To me it seems like the bottom of the faceplate is slightly more rounded than it has been modelled, on the ref pic it looks like the bottom lip is flat underneath the faceplate, but the faceplate just overbites slightly due to the roundness. also a slightly thicker mouth slit?

IMIM2 pointed out the the jaw of the teeth area is to short as well. I will be making alot of changes.. Thank you all for your comments and ideas to make this model better for all of us.
