OK.. Here is what I have so far.. I will be adding to the forearm some more but the base is done.

I would use PVC pipe for the spine and not the pep. The pep is not perfect fit to them so some mods will need to be done to make a good fit. I will say take a close look at the file before you start to build. Because the model is based on him hunching over a little bit the default scale is 29.37 I think.. And that put the total to 5 foot 6 I think.. I am not sure about the scale yet.. But some unfolding would not hurt till I get further.. awesome! what brand and shade of blue did you use? and, how did you foam a paper pep file?

The helmet file he has is unfolded for foam. I used Rustoleum metallic cobalt blue for it.

Hey BSD, sorry I've been slackin' on posting some pics of your AWESOME helmet. I had to go to Idaho with the wife and kids for a week, then I needed a week to decompress. Finally got back to work yesterday, and finished up Imortal2010's igor helm.....



And with that headache out of the way, it's time to start cuttin' out YOURS!!! I'll post as soon as I'm done!
