MANBAT mask **FINISHED PICS**

got commissioned to do a classic style Manbat mask with an updated twist...I used Neal Adams version as my reference while taking some artistic liberties of my own....

sculpt

latex cast removal

trimmed & seamed

test fit

paint up

hair work

here is where it is at the moment...still adding to the sides and will style once everything it applied

Very Cool! Too bad you couldn't do it as a silicone mask with closed mouth that could be worn with dentures.

thanks everyone, it was a fun sculpt.....

as for silicone, that would have been way out of the clients budget so that's why it was done in latex

I am a HUGE Batman fan... all things Batman. This is awesome. I really love what you did with it. So when are you making the arms and chest. Unless I'm very much mistaken Manbat only wears pants.

I do have plan to do a generic creature suit that could easily go with this...stay tuned

thank you...the client wanted an edgy looking Neal Adams vibe...I always noticed a "phantom of the Opera" flavor with the nose so I sort of went with that but added some creature features to it lol
