Man of Steel: Faora Cosplay WIP and Help?

So, I just saw Man of Steel and I really liked it. As I was watching it, I got the idea to start a Fayora cosplay. With the all the detail that went into the costumes in this movie, I realize how daunting a task this will end up being. I've done a lot of looking around in "How to's" for armor, but what I'm hitting a snag on is the undersuit. I've looked at a lot of suggestions such as mesh layers or dye sublimation, but I have honestly no clue where to start with any of that. So, I figured I'd turn to here to ask for help, in the hopes that people here could steer me in the right direction. Once I get started on the costume, I'll post WIP shots of the armor and undersuit once I figure out how to do it.

So, like I said, the armor shouldn't be too much of a problem, but if you all have any tips on how to make it the best I can and any ideas on how to start the undersuit, it would be much appreciated.

There is someone who is making a faora costume like you you should check out the thread its really helpful but for the undersuit just look around the junkyerd and look for a mos undrsuit print.
