The second and third one (logo on top) was never made. Also remember that the sides are slightly convex.

This is a very good replica. Not exact, but very close, maybe the best I've seen here on RPF.
The height is 2.71", the top logo is 32.9 deg. (from horiz.)
The width is 0.79" wide at the top logo.
Sorry, but I cannot put up any illustration here, but I hope this information helps to get the dimensions right.

Ya, I originally made it smaller but shapeways rejected the thin walls around the logo, so in order to compensate I had to slightly scale it up so as not to throw the visual symmetry off too much. Maybe when the 3d printing limits are less, Ill redo it.

The wall thickness differs at the top in the logo, but the thinnest wall there is on the right side between the start of the "S" and the "belly" of the "S". Or if you look at the key from above, exactly 3'o clock. The thickness is 0.019"

Ya, that is under half a MM which is half the wall thickness required to print the finest material. FUD requires 1mm. So until they fix that minimum the model is stuck.
