Making an Email Costume/Need Help

Hi,

I'm new to the siteand I gotta say it's very cool here!

So I'm making an E-Mail Costume in the vein of Justin Timberlake's "Bring It On Down to Veganville" costumes. I don't want to just make this thing with Cardboard or simple foamcore. I want it to look good and to look...like an email.

I've never worked with foam latex before, but that's what you use right? I'll take any and all suggestions!
