Is it possible to make a muscle suit? If so are there any tutorials on it? I just cant afford to shell out 900usd for one right now and I feel like making one is my only option.

This is my muscle suit. Butterick made a Batman pattern years ago, and it is a great one-piece bodysuit pattern. Basically, I made two of them, stitched them to each other, stitched all the major muscle groups and then cut each one open at the back, stuffed with fibrefill, and restitched them back up. It works great with any tights-based costume.

How durable are they? I need to make an MOS body suit under my Leslee Man of Steel suit. I am going to try this technique I hope I can hide the seems though.

I made mine ten years ago and haven't had to repair it yet.

Wow, that is a great way to do it! Must keep that in mind!

What about the Biceps and shoulders, what technique did ya use to make that work?
Sorry fir the ridiculous lateness of this reply, I had no idea it existed! So, the biceps and the shoulders are there, done the same way, but it's also a good idea to make a gorget, like what Kylo Ren wears around his neck, and stuff it for the neck and trapezius muscles. Stuff them as much as you want, remembering that the more you stuff them, the tighter it's gonna be!
