I think that was made by Lee Furry-I commissioned him to make me a 24" Stardestroyer from scratch a couple of years ago- he did a great job- see pic below:

That stand kinda looks like the Star Destroyer is using 3 spotlights to search for Rebels on the ground, like the police helicopters.
