Mad God - Phil Tippett’s Masterpiece

I just finished watching Phil Tippett’s film, Mad God. As my title says I think it was a a masterpiece of animation.

I saw a story in it but it might just be a personal reading of what it meant to me. I will say that a sequence in the film was almost frame by frame a recurring nightmare I had as a child.

I’m interested in what folks think about this mad work.
