Macross SDF-1 [Super Deformed]

Hi guys, here's a project for the 80's Anime crowd.

It's done in a retro 80's toy style, intended as a "lost product" that can stand beside toys from the same era.



It's fully transformable & even has retro landing gear & extra gimmick.


It's got a hefty amount of parts. 134 total, across 17 "sprues"


The test print had a few fit issues, but generally ok.


After a few corrected parts & some sanding, everything fits together much better.

Currently adjusting some things so it goes together better, plus additional locking tabs to make it solid in both modes.

I figured the TV version would match the old toys better, and it's a lot simpler (mechanically) compared to the movie version.
