Here is something a bit different, the M41A/2 from Aliens vs Predator video game. Not being a gamer and the fact that there are literally 2 pictures of this M41A version on the interwebs, got my interest going. Anyhow CAD time.....
I was sent a low poly obj file that may have been ripped form the game and true to form, being a weapon from a video game, it was huge and few things didnt line up.
I also was wanting to try and keep it based in reality of sorts and be a progression of the original M41A, so using the ThompsonM1A1 and Remington870 as base weapons was a must.
This is the low poly on top compared to my build
I kept the thompson lower and trigger assembly and the remington was an easy fit.
