Luxeon Obi Wan ANH

I'm looking to get information on a location to purchase what I need to make or where I can simply buy outright a luxeon ANH Ben saber. it doesn't have to be perfect, I can weather it myself, I have looked at the Parks MKIII and that style is okish. Something like that with a blade I can duel with and is very bright.

I have been searching all over and received suggestions from all kinds of people and can't come up with some good info to save my life. I'm looking to only spend a few hundred bucks too.

Any help would be appreciated.
