As some of you know, I'm getting back into the swing of things. I'm preparing to relaunch my old lightsaber website (TheLightsaber.com) but under a new name because someone is cybersquatting on my old one. In the meantime I started a portfolio page to show off some of my past work as well as some custom one offs, some originals of mine of which are in Star Wars comics.

Take a look. If you decide you want to join the group, please post there your RPF name so I can put a face to it ;)

Enjoy

It will ask you if you want to join and I have to approve it. It's to keep spammers off my page.

Unfortunately you have it set that only Facebook members can see the page at all. There is a setting to allow anyone to view it, but only those you approve/are friends with to post to it - you might want to consider that if you just want to prevent spammers - otherwise you are excluding non-FB members entirely.

So, I just checked the setting for the page, in this case I do have it set for public viewing. If you want to post in the group you need my ok.

However, I do not have control over whether you need to be signed into Facebook to see the page. I cannot change that. That's a Facebook default that can't be changed by me. That might be a recent change that doesn't affect older groups, just newer ones.

Ah I hadn't noticed that it's a Facebook Group rather than a Facebook Page. Unfortunately Groups are entirely closed to the public internet (non-FB users). FB Pages however can be made available to the whole internet (as they are designed to be the public face for businesses and people).

Hopefully you get to post the pics somewhere open at some point.

All those pictures are bringing back memories. I had forgotten all about that Aurra Sing/Outlander Lightsaber.

That early Graflex/Mara Jade hybrid is also very nice. :thumbsup

Thanks guys. A few people are making their way over and signing up for the group. Nice.
