Done / Completed Luke's *Screen Accurate* ROTJ Yuma/ISYHCANL/Hero Tri-Rings (Unlimited run)

**Update**

Hello everyone!

Apologies for the radio silence on here. I've just had confirmation that the parts for my vice are finally ready and on their way!

A bit later than expected, but not too bad considering the world has been turned upside down.

More to do with material shortage than production apparently.

Not sure how long they'll take to get here, but they are quite small, and hopefully won't take too long!

As soon as they arrive, I'll make a start on getting them all bent in to shape. :)

**Update**

Thanks for your patience everyone! It's been a long wait! PM's are on their way....

Please check your inbox over the next hour or so.

Cheers,

Dave

Big thank you to everyone that's paid so far!

I managed to get a good way through the list last night, but it got a bit late so had to leave it.

Anyone that hasn't received a message yet (or a reply to a PM), I'll be sending the info through to the rest of the list this morning and responding to messages.

Thanks again everyone!

Hi Everyone. Just a quick update...

Thanks to everyone that's placed an order for these this week. Really is very much appreciated.

The jig finally arrived! It's great, and works a treat! There is a slight delay in making the rings though unfortunately, while I wait for an additional G-Clamp to arrive.

An oversight on my part! The Jig needs to be clamped shut while the side parts are pushed in with the vice. Inserting the sides without a clamp pushes the first, main block out. I should have foreseen this, so sorry for the slight delay. As soon as the clamp arrives, I'll be back to it!

All the rings are cut to length an deburred, ready to go.

Thanks for your patience everyone.

Cheers,

Dave

Got a good few of these made today. The jig needed some minor adjustments, and it's taking a bit of a beating, but it's holding out so far! They're looking great too! (y)

I'll get a few more made this evening and get as many as I can ready to send tomorrow morning.

Hey Tom. The mild steel ones are much easier than the stainless ones. I find opening up slightly with two sets of pliers (just enough to get one side on to the pommel cube) and then closing back up in a vice does the trick. No need to cut anything off. If you close back up so that each side is in contact again, that should be job done. (y)
