Luke's ESB pants?

Hey gang, I'm really wanting to do the pants Luke wares on Bespin in ESB. (the pair that match his jacket)

Does anyone know of a good pattern, have a material suggestion, or know a place where these can be bout for a good price? Any info, or tips would be greatly appreciated.
