Hi there D3adrock. Thanks ever so much for sharing the info on whats required to finish the sabre. Unfortunately i tried to order everything you listed. The same as you . But i live in the United Kingdom. The company does not ship overseas...!

Is there any chance i could purchase 1 of each item from your good self for shipping to me in the U.K..?? Know its a long shot but if not can anyone help on where to obtain the correct parts in the U.K please.?

I found set srew collars here in Australia from an auto transmission parts supplier, I am sure all around the world these suppliers for transmisson parts will have these availble for anyone, just have to ring around.
 
I no longer need to be on the back up list for this run as I managed to purchase a set from a board member from the last run. All I need now is a set of the paint templates and I will have a completed saber!
 
Just a friendly reminder for all the people asking about what additional parts they need to get, Dan has already very courteously added links in the first post of everything you need.

Other than the spot for the mystery chunk, what needs to be tapped? I should've bought two, because I know I'll mess up the first.
 
Wait is the sign up for the second run closed or is it waiting if/when a third one will happen? I wanna see if I can get one or two whenever that happens.
 
Anakin Starkiller ... anyone you know offering finishing services for this beautiful piece? Im on the list and looking for someone to weather, paint and apply the stencils by trooper trent.

The sign up for the second run has come and gone, and I do not anticipate being able to do a third. Sorry
 
Some suppliers from the links won't send some things overseas, well down under, as I tried them and they declined me. So for people in Oz they may need to chase up a 8mm shaft collar from a bearing and power transmission supplier. I found them availble from BSC in Wingfield Adelaide part number SCM-08.
 
For anyone that wants mystery chunks/ set screw sleeves i'm selling them as a set int he junkyard and will ship internationally.
