Limited Run Luke V2 liightsaber (Second Run) Sign up thread

Those rings and grip ridges look good! Real good!

As someone who has a hilt from the first run, I will be the first to say you're welcome. If it weren't for us guys who settled for the minor off-details that were sussed out in this run, you guys wouldn't have such nice sabers.:p

I, for one, definitely appreciate it :thumbsup :cheers
Thank you

You guys did really do us v2v2'ers a great service!

I think this is going to be my favorite saber

I swithered, then ultimately didn't put my name down for cash reasons. Those are now sorted, so I'm happy to be added to any reserve/drop-out list if there is one.

Will anyone be doing a tutorial on assembly? I am new to this saber and have acquired all the extra parts I thought I needed (longer lever, activation circuit board, vinyl paint masks and Graflex clamp on order from Roman) but not sure what else I'll need other than the set screws someone else mentioned. Looks like I'll need to drill and tap a hole or two, which I can have a friend help me with as I do not own tap tools, but I am hopeful a tutorial will help me not screw this up. Also looks like I'll need a d-ring from Roy -- who is Roy?

Probably you're referring to roygilsing but I don't think he has d-rings for the v2. He sells the lever here:

Actually I think this is what you're looking for on the d-ring. The one with no clip.

That is awesome! Been my dream for a long time to have this saber (my favorite since I was a kid) and now I am so close to having one! Can't wait!

I see the grenade section has the varying width bands unlike the first run. Better shop or tweaked design? Looks great.
