Yep, I wont do too much more until I get the saber. I like to take SW references and modify to suit the purpose.

I will make a new wip thread for the chamber as I don't want to interfere with Ob1's work.

Ob1 whats the ID of the copper part that threads to the emitter about 19mm? if so that will fit a Xpe2 with a little modification.

If you're going to be swimming in salt water with your saber, make sure to seal the threads on the copper section so they're not directly touching the aluminum. :)

BTW, I think it would be awesome if you were to allow someone to do a run of cold cast resin pieces from your version, minus the clamp.

I'd love to jump on a budget version of this, and I love the wonkyness of the original piece.
