Seems if you buy one of his sabers, the dimensions would be included as a freebie.
I may do just that. I just got myself a lathe and I'm gona make my own. I decided if im going to do this I want it as accurate as possible. I put in tons of research last night and I think I'm very very close. I think I'm ready to go ahead now. Perhaps when I'm done I will purchase what's considered the gold standard and see how close I got.

Many times people have to sign NDA, or on Disclosure Agreements to get information. That can stop you sharing it with other people, for general reference.
I assumed that may be the case. I'm not even going to ask. I do respect the time and work people put into these things and I dont want to step on any toes. I just thought perhaps these dimensions may be common knowledge to some here. For now Im going to do my homework and put in the research like the rest have.
I would still ask, I'm not sure if he has in order to get those dimension, I was just letting you know why in case he can't.

What are people getting Gaffer Tape wise?
One inch wide roll, or two inch and cutting it down?

Pretty cheap, seems good enough quality.

Oh, you don't want to follow my example; I just drilled a hole and crammed it in. In metrics, it's an M6 so that makes it like, what? 7/32 or 16/64?
