Ah, I believe we have a language barrier issue going on here.
A vest here in the UK is a slleveless undergarment usually worn by old men to keep them warm during the winter. A vest.
It's probably something elese in the USA, so yeah - the sleeveless grey T-shirt Luke wore under his Bespin fatigues...

Yeah, in the states a vest is a sleeveless piece of outerwear, Worn under a jacket in a 3 piece suit. Also called a waistcoat? Like Han Solo wore a vest in ANH.
I don't know if I have ever seen anyone replicate the undershirt Luke wore. Always looked to me to be a grey jersey material. But I've never paid a ton of attention.

Yeah - the in the US we'd call that a TANK TOP. Vests on this side of the pond are sleeveless outerwear worn with a tuxedo, 3 piece suit or an insulated version worn for warmth.

In the UK a Tank Top would be a sleaveless (woolen) jumper.

Ok, so the poor guy needs to know about Luke's jumper...
Good thing he's not in the US since here a 'jumper' is a baby restraint device that allows them to bounce a bit and keep themselves amused while not being about to go anywhere.

Looks like its quite thick maybe the sleaves are rolled back more in some scenes or have they a reel thick edge?

My Luke Bespin has the "vest".....it's made from a very thick thermal undergarment material.

A light khaki...a shade off of the pants & jacket.

Yes, khaki seems to be the right color Al. Once you dirty them up, I'm sure they get a bit of gray hue to them. The jacket undershirt and pants should all be about the same color.

Is khaki a verified color for the screen used bespin fatigues? That would jibe with the photos I have of the Official Fan Club jacket, but fan club items aren't necesarily always 100% accurate.
