Luke ANH tantooine costume help

well, im trying to join a sw costuming club here in mississippi, but dont have alot of cash. I do have a original graflex anh, so I was thinking about a ANH luke tantooine costume. The top looks like a "gi" or a martial arts top...but what is the rest of the costume? :confused
