Odd. I pulled my info off the map the writers made and it doesn't match up at all...

One thing that's always bugged me is that the Black Rock took out the statue and then landed half way across the island. That must have been one hell of a wave!

The Richard episode showed the Black Rock coming to shore and heading down, i believe, as it whacked the statue. Seems hard to get that far inland when you were that low at the statue.

I also find it hard to believe that the black rock destroyed the statue. That thing was solid rock and the boat wasn't big enough to reduce it to a single foot. Now, the storm could have wiped the rest of it out I suppose...
