Hi everyone,
I'm trying to track down any information about the bendable prison bars used in Catwoman (2004), during the scene where Halle Berry’s character, Patience Phillips, escapes custody by squeezing through the bars.
In the film, the bars visibly flex as she moves through them, suggesting they were made of rubber, foam, or another flexible material. I’m curious to know:
Were these props ever archived or preserved after filming?
Did they show up in any auctions, studio sales, or private collections?
Has anyone here ever seen or handled them?
I’ve checked auction sites like Propstore, Heritage, YourProps, and HeroProp, but haven’t found anything. Would love to hear from anyone who might have insight or connections to the prop or set design crew.
Thanks in advance!
