So I attached the gun to the pack last night and couldn't resist trying it on.

Hehe, it was awesome. Heavy, but awesome.

Anyways, when I put the pack back down on the saw horses, the gun slipped off of the hook and smashed on the ground. Most of what came off can be glued back on but the gun body cracked on the corner by the barrel. From bottom to top.

Getting a new body isn't an option at this point so I was wondering what I could to to hold it together. I have a few small brackets that I was thinking of gluing to the inside but I'm not sure that will hold.

Any other ideas?

JB weld glue. I highly recommend it, it will create a super grip and at the same time can be used almost like a putty to fill the cracks.

I just noticed that the booster is cracked again. I don't know why but it keeps moving. Its bolted from the bottom and has 4 screws running in the back of it to hold it in place. it doesn't feel like its moving but the bondo keeps cracking.

Mighty Putty or JB weld. What do you think will hold better?

use JB weld. mighty puty isnt the best for that problem.
however... how do you have the gun attatched? it shouldnt be able to slip off that easy...
