First off, forgive me if this is not posted in the right place.
It is purely Star Wars so you guys should be most accurate.
Now please assume I know nothing of 3D modeling and 3D printing.
Assume it, because I truly don't.
Id like to give my soon to be 7 year old nephew his own Kylo helmet.
He already has all the store available masks.
The boy truly believes he is to take Kylos place one day.
So I'd like to get one 3D printed, undersized to fit him.
What do I need to know, to assure proper fitting?
Head size?
Who or where should I be looking at to create and or modify a file?
Who can supply the printing process?
What should I be expecting as far as cost?
It need not be paint ready.
I can do the finishing prep work to prepare it for painting and finishing.
I will take all insight to this project.
